Are you dealing with low energy levels, pain or lots of transition in your life? Reiki can help. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing treatment that helps your body leave the "fight or flight" mode and enter the "rest and restore" mode which promotes healing in the body and sense of rest and peace.
I use essential oils to help people manage pain, stress, anxiety as well as a myriad of other issues. I also offer yoga, reiki and Thai bodywork- each treatment complements aromatherapy beautifully.
